We are currently seeking individuals for the following positions:

Franchise Manager

Responsibilities

Manage franchise operations for lot and pavement maintenance company. Develop plan for opening franchise locations including researching geographic areas, gathering information on competitors and conducting feasability studies. Requires frequent travel. Analyze and evaluate franchise applicants, their financial position, willingness to conform to company standards and procedure. Evaluate financing option; prepare franchise agreements and related documents; obtain required regulatory approval. Prepare manual and train franchise personnel. Monitor and evaluate performance of franchise.

Requirements

Requires MBA or foreign equivalent and two years of operation manager and multi parking lot maintenance companies whose service include sweeping, snowplowing, line painting, pot hole repair, construction and landscaping. Line Striper

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Line Striper for planning and re-striping of commercial parking lots. This position is for 3rd shift only as the work must be completed in the night. Part time positions will be considered as well.

Requirements

• No equipment necessary.
• References are a must.

Weekend Mechanic - Diesel

Responsibilities

We are looking for a weekend mechanic. Diesel knowledge a must. Proficient in all aspects of vehicle care, i.e. electric, mechanical, hydraulics. Great job for an experienced retired mechanic.

Requirements

• 5 years at least in Diesel mechanics.
• Valid drivers license. 
• English a must.
